RingCentral call and meeting recordings analytics

This demo Web application allows you access your RingCentral account, read call recordings and meeting recordings. The audio content will be transcribed, analyzed and transformed from an unstructured data into a structured content using RingCentral AI APIs. The transcript and conversational insights will be saved to a local database together with the call or meeting metadata such as the date, the caller's and the callee's numbers.

Demo main features:

  1. Train speaker's voice for speaker identification purpose.
  2. Transcribe and analyze conversational insights from call recordings and meeting recordings
  3. Allow users to search for a word or phrase from calls' transcripts.
  4. Play an audio content with stylish synchronized transcript.
  5. Enable users to interact with the audio content from the transcript by clicking on any word from the text to fast-forward or fast-backward to the selected word.
  6. Enable instant search for a word from the transcript and fast-forward to that spoken word in the audio content
